new project - Pocinho Fluvina

Solar Trap architecture is starting a new project at Pocinho Fluvina

Foz Côa, Douro International.

At its starting point the project consists in designing the necessary equipment for the Pocinho Fluvina commercial exploitation. The project will be held by a private investor. The planned modular spaces consist in:

- management office,

- workshop for boats

- spaces for leisure, cultural and touristic animation, as well as, commercial units for local products

- modular residential units and a parking lot for motorhomes.
